Conclusion of the agreement:

These terms and conditions apply to purchases in the e-shop at Nordic Seashell Aps. (Hereinafter referred to as nordicseashell.com)

A legally binding agreement between you and nordicseashell.com is only concluded when you receive a message by email that the order has been completed. Until you receive this, nordicseashell.com is entitled to cancel your order in whole or in part, e.g. as a result of serious price and text errors or sold-out goods, and if this happens, you will of course be notified by e-mail.

Once you have placed an order on nordicseashell.com, you will receive an e-mail stating which items you have ordered and the invoice. This e-mail is only an electronic receipt that we have received your order, and no legally binding agreement has been entered into between you and Nordicseashell.com at this point.

How to buy on nordicseashell.com

Items are selected for the shopping cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button. Selected items can subsequently be removed from the shopping cart. The purchase is completed by clicking on "CHECKOUT", accept Nordicseashell.com webshops terms and conditions and completing the payment.

The payment is made via the Pensopay payment page, which opens in a separate window. Credit card details are entered via Pensopay and the payment is approved. After the payment has been completed, a page containing a receipt for the completed purchase. A copy of this receipt is sent to the e-mail address provided.

All purchases at Nordic Seashell.com are only binding for Nordic Seashell Aps when the customer receives an email with information that the order has been completed. will specifically mean at the moment that the item is ready to be shipped to you as a customer. It is also only at this point that the money is deducted from your account. Until this time, we reserve the right to refuse your order, as all orders in the webshop are to be regarded as an invitation to place an order, which must be accepted by Nordic Seashell Aps. Your order of the goods is binding on you.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, including the information registered and the invoice. Once we have approved your order and the goods are ready to be shipped, an invoice will be sent will be sent to you by e-mail stating that the order has been completed, after which the contract is considered final.

Prices

All prices are given in Danish prices, including VAT on the Danish main page. The prices for the individual countries that we currently sell to via the webshop. France, Germany, Sweden, Holland, Spain will appear on the order page where you enter the country and address.

Errors and mistakes

At Nordic Seashell Aps we make reservations for any errors in our stated prices. In this context, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. In addition, we make reservations for printing, proofreading, image errors, currency changes, price / tax changes, sold-out items. We also make reservations for war, terror and natural disasters.

PAYMENT

Nordic Seashell ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Viabill and MobilePay. And bank transfer by agreement. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item is ready to be shipped from our warehouse. We make reservations for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items. DELIVERY

Nordic Seashell Aps strives to ship orders as soon as possible. In the webshop at nordicseashell.com you can see how long the delivery time is for each product. Typically 1-4 weeks. In connection with the industrial holiday in the weeks 28-31 there may be longer delivery time. This is always stated next to the individual product in the webshop. 

We ship to the whole of Denmark, where delivery is free. Goods will be delivered to the curb at the delivery address specified when ordering unless otherwise agreed. Via the webshop we also ship to selected countries - France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands. Here the price for delivery will be specified on the checkout page. 

(NB. We do not deliver to non-Brookfast islands and abroad without prior agreement - also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland).

Your goods will be shipped by carrier. Deliveries are only made on weekdays within normal working hours (8-16) and to the sidewalk edge. Nordic Seashell Aps has no influence on the delivery time on the day itself, as it is the carrier's route that determines it. It is a prerequisite that the delivery can be made by truck. It also requires a firm surface where the goods can be placed. A firm surface will be asphalt, concrete or tiles. If the delivery truck cannot arrive, which is solely at the the driver's decision, or there is no firm ground, the goods will be delivered as close to firm ground as possible.

Goods are delivered every working day of the week. The conditions - including expected delivery time - will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods on nordicseashell.com.

Reception

Important. When you receive your item:

  • Be at home between 8-16 on the specified date (we will try to give you a more precise time, but the delivery time is determined by the carrier's route)
  • Check the entire shipment on arrival for damage, scratches and other visible damage. And check that the number of items delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the consignment note.
  • If you have any doubts about the condition of the goods, you should sign "with reservations" - and describe your reservations in as much detail as possible.
  • Unpack the goods immediately and check for damage and missing items. The carrier must wait while you check the goods
  • If there is any damage, please write immediately and without delay to info@nordicseashell.com with photos of the damage and attach a copy of the invoice. This also applies to hidden damage. 
  • With your order, you have indicated that the carrier may leave the goods at the agreed place, which you have indicated with your delivery address. (You, as the recipient, have full responsibility for the goods from the moment they are delivered)
  • If you are not at home, you are liable for any visible transport damage discovered later. 
  • If there is visible damage, sign for receipt with reservation and indicate on the consignment note what the reservation is. This reservation must be stated as precisely as possible. (We recommend that you, as the recipient, take photos of any damage).
  • You have 5 days to object to hidden damage or defects in the delivery from the day the delivery is acknowledged - or the shipment is delivered at the agreed place. 


Opting out of the shower system

If the customer wishes to opt out of the included shower system, the price can be deducted by entering the following discount code under "PURCHASE BASKET". Discount code: nejtaktilbrusesystem. By using this discount code, the customer accepts that the delivery is exclusive of the shower system, which is otherwise included. The product: 

The Nordic Seashell outdoor shower is exclusive plumbing work. This means that the customer must connect water and ensure drainage via an authorized plumber. It is stated on the individual product page what is included in the price.

If you regret your purchase

You have a 14-day right of return on goods purchased in our online shop.

The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you withdraw:

- has received the goods.

- Taking physical possession of the last good in the case of a contract for several different goods, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in batches.

- Obtain physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts.

- The first goods in physical possession, in the case of regular deliveries of goods over a certain period of time.

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When you make a return, you are responsible for that the goods are properly packed. You must include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

You bear the risk for the goods from the moment they are delivered until we receive them back.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Please note that you cannot claim your withdrawal from the carrier by refusing to accept the goods. Instead, you must contact Nordic Seashell Aps customer service directly in writing at info@nordicseashell.com. 

Refund in case of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you. We will make such a payment using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods.

Deterioration of the goods in case of withdrawal

Please note that when purchasing goods in the webshop, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical shop, but you may not actually use them. If the product has been tried out in addition to what is described above, we consider it as second-hand, which means that in case of withdrawal of the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. Any depreciation of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

If we find that the conditions are not met for you to exercise your right of withdrawal or we deduct an amount for depreciation, we will contact you by email with the reasons.

Returning goods in case of withdrawal

You must return the good(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification. For returns in connection with withdrawal, the following applies:

  • you have full responsibility for the goods until we receive them.
  • The goods must be in new condition
  • the goods must be adequately packaged, preferably in their original packaging
  • the goods must be adequately protected against shocks and impacts during transportation (correct pallet size, stand, etc.)
  • you pay for the shipping costs for the return
  • We do not accept cash on delivery.


Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. For example, if you choose to disassemble the product and then reassemble it later. You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error. Nordic Seashell Aps will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Remedies

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

You can complain to the Complaints Resolution Center via the Complaints Portal of the House of Lords.
